At Magnolia, we want you to love every purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
